Talenox comes pre-configured with all statutory leave types under the Employment Act 1955, including Annual Leave, Sick Leave (Outpatient and Hospitalisation), Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Emergency Leave, and Public Holidays. You can also add custom leave types such as company anniversary leave, birthday leave, or religious observances.
Yes. Talenox is kept current with Malaysia's Employment Act and its amendments. Leave entitlements are automatically calculated based on each employee's years of service, stepping up to the statutory minimum at each tenure milestone. Part-timers and probationary staff are also handled correctly.
Yes. Each employee has their own Talenox login (eLeave) where they can submit leave requests, view their remaining leave balances, check their application history, and see teammates' leave on the team calendar -- from any device, anytime. Managers receive instant notifications and can approve or reject with one click.
Yes. Leave data syncs directly with Talenox Payroll. Unpaid leave (cuti tanpa gaji) deductions are automatically calculated and reflected in the payslip for that month, so you never need to manually adjust payroll entries after approving leave.
Yes. Talenox is pre-loaded with Malaysian federal public holidays and lets you configure state-specific holidays (such as those for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, and others) so each employee's leave calendar reflects the correct gazetted holidays for their work location.
