What is HR outsourcing in Malaysia?

How do you handle EPF and SOCSO submissions?

We calculate EPF and SOCSO contributions based on current rates and salary brackets. Submissions are made electronically through e-Caruman (EPF) and ASSIST Portal (SOCSO) by the 15th of each month. You can opt to receive confirmation and payment records.

What about PCB and Form EA filing?

We calculate PCB deductions monthly using LHDN's approved computerised calculation method. Monthly PCB is submitted through e-PCB. Form EA and Form E can also be generated.

Do you support different pay cycles?

Yes. We support monthly (most common in Malaysia), bi-monthly pay cycles, and weekly payroll cycles. We can also accommodate off-cycle payments for bonuses, commissions, or final settlements.

Can you handle foreign workers?

Yes. We manage payroll for foreign workers including proper PCB calculations and compliance with work permit conditions.

What if LHDN audits our company?

We maintain complete digital records of all payroll, PCB submissions, and annual filings. In an audit, we provide documentation and assist in preparing responses. Our LHDN-approved system and systematic record-keeping make audits manageable.

How long does implementation take?
